Contact us

Paranormal Portal UK is here to explore unexplained experiences with care, context, and critical thinking — but there’s no requirement for certainty, evidence, or conclusions before reaching out. If something has happened and you’re unsure what it means, or if you simply want to ask a question or share an experience, you’re welcome to contact us. No experience is too small, and no question is dismissed.

All submissions are read thoughtfully and treated with respect. Where appropriate, cases may be examined further or documented through our research, articles, or podcast investigations.

Home visits and on-site help

If something is happening in your home or workplace and you'd like another set of eyes, we can help, free of charge, anywhere in the south of the UK. Where it makes sense, Den and Luke will come to you. We're not there to confirm a ghost or to dismiss you, but to look properly. We start with the ordinary explanations (noises, drafts, electrics, air quality, how a building behaves at night), document what we find with care, and tell you honestly what we think is going on and what we can't explain. Visits are arranged case by case, after a conversation first. Your story stays private unless you ask us to share it.

Write for us

Have a case, a local legend or an experience you'd like to write up? We welcome guest writers. Send us a short pitch through the form below. We favour well-researched pieces that look at the evidence on both sides, and we'll talk it through with you before anything is published.

If you’d like to get in touch, please complete the form below. We’ll respond as soon as we can.
